The tropical algae Caulerpa Taxifolia has invaded the Mediterranean Sea. After spreading in Croatia, It is now threading Greece! Climate change combined with the continous transport of tropic DNAs' spores to cooler climates, causes the "Marine Invasion" phenomenon. The spores are curried and released through the big ships' "balast water", in huge quantities. The sea surface temperature rises faster than the rest of the planet. Therefore, some of the 700 DNAs curried from tropical seas and released to the Mediterranean sea, make it to survive in the new areas and grow continously against all the native organisms. Caulerpa forms huge green forests whitch cause all other kinds of life to completely distinguish. Fish in the invaded areas diminish by 90%. This is a big threat for all countries' economies, because fish production is actually the base of every economy
